Privacy policy
We process as little personal data as possible. This notice describes what happens when you visit this website and which rights you have under the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). The German version is the legally binding one.
2. Server logs
When you access this website, the web server (Caddy on Hetzner, server location Germany) automatically processes data your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, HTTP status code, transferred data volume, referrer, and user agent. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable operation and IT security). Server logs are automatically deleted after 14 days and are not merged with other data sources.
3. Contact form and email
The contact form on this site processes your input (name, email, topic, message) exclusively locally in your browser and then opens your email client with a pre-filled message to hello@weeknddevs.at. There is no server-side processing of the form contents by us before you send the message via your mail client.
Once you send us an email, the transmitted data is stored to process your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in handling enquiries). We delete emails as soon as they are no longer needed for processing, at the latest after statutory retention periods expire.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no web tracking (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no Plausible, etc.). No profiles are created.
5. Fonts
The fonts used (IBM Plex Sans, IBM Plex Mono) are served locally from our web server. No connection to external font services (e. g. Google Fonts) is made.
6. External links
This website links to external product sites (e. g. turniermeister.at, else.events). When you click an external link, you leave this website. The privacy notices stored on the destination sites apply to data processing there.
7. Recipients and processors
Hosting provider: Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Deutschland — as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place.
No transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). Please send requests to hello@weeknddevs.at.
Right to lodge a complaint: you may at any time lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority — Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
9. Changes to this notice
We update this privacy notice when legal requirements or processing activities change. As of: May 2026.
